Every 2-3 weeks your nails need to be rebalanced (infilled). This is because the apex in your enhancement moves forward along with your nail growth. The apex is crucial for the structure of the nail because it provides all the strength for the enhancment. This means the apex placement needs replacing when your nail grows to keep the strength in your enhancement.

Dont worry if you break a nail, let me know and I will be able to repair it. Just don't be tempted to glue it back on or pull off the rest of your nails, this can cause unnessesary damage.

If, for whatever reason, you do not want your nail enhancements on any longer, I can professionally remove them for you. Please do not be tempted to bite or pull them off yourself as this will damage your natural nails. Removal includes a moisturising hand massage.
